Perfect 15 Minute HOME Workout (No Weights & No Running!)

My routine is five sets of 20 ups + 20 squats, with a two minute rest between sets. I could do all of this with less rest, but according to one school of thought, you get more out of the exercise with the extra rest. I then finish off with two sets of 50 sit-ups/abdominals, again with a two minute rest between the set. The squat and jump is a good suggestion. I may incorporate it into my routine.

A nurse from the Irish city of Cork and her husband, a social worker, had to choose who would have to move out of the house to protect their children from the threat of coronavirus infection. It is reported by The Mirror.

35-year-old nurse Emma Murphy works at the forefront of the fight against COVID-19. Her husband, Joe, is a social worker and also works with the healthcare industry. Husband and wife are constantly arguing which of them will leave the house in the coming days and leave three children - seven-year-old Molly, five-year-old Jack and three-year-old Lucy, to protect them from the threat of contracting a deadly infection.
