Why you should Drink Himalayan Salt Water First Thing in the Morning - Dr Alan Mandell, DC

Drinking 1/2 - 1 teaspoon (5ml) of himalayan salt to 1 cup of water (8 ounces) first thing in the morning on an empty stomach has many miraculous health benefits.

I ve tried Himalaya salt but my Bloodpressure was high after that. Perhaps too much salt.I have fine salt and An half teaspoon in a half glass of water. Please tell me what I am doing wrong. I have put the salt in a mill and is fine. Please Help Dr Mandell. Thanks Eveline
